Write Drunk, Edit Sober

The gang surprised me with a belated birthday bash last night. Exactly one month after my actual birthday (since I was at home and down with dengue last month). And it was one of the best surprises I've ever been given to date coz I've never felt so lost and confused all at once. Lol. We had class in the morning until about noon and there was supposed to be another class in the afternoon so the girls and I left our bags at our respective places and went back to snooze for a while. About half an hour before the afternoon class we're told that it's canceled -.- We had to go back to campus to get our bags. Since we were out I thought we could all go for ice cream so we headed over to Baskin Robbins and we stuffed ourselves with our favourite flavours. By the time we finished there it was already around four something I think. We got something for tea for the others and headed back to the apartment to see them for a while. Was in Penang over the weekend. Went to the St. Anne's church in Bukit Mertajam. To give thanks for not dying because of the whole dengue episode.  Beautiful isn't it? And then we went to the island itself. And so began my hunt for street art. Have been seeing sooooo many pictures online about paintings by that Lithuanian guy around town and I was dying to see them all for myself and snap some pictures so dad and I set off in the afternoon and I have to say I really don't care how much my skin colour has changed I'm just so happy I got to take my pictures.  This was the first painting I saw as dad and I started walking.
